We planned for this. Our Liquids are made by us in Derbyshire, so we can hold pre-October prices on stock we already hold. Eligible unstamped stock can be sold until 31 March 2027. After that, or once a flavour sells through, the duty price applies.
Our Price Lock
Vape duty is here but not for you, We're holding our pre tax prices on our own-made liquids for as long as that stock lasts. Eligible unstamped stock made or imported before 1 October can be sold until 31 March 2027. Once that stock has gone, new liquid will carry the duty.
Included brands: EV, EVR, BEAR, Skweez, Dainty’s, Psycho Bunny and Dripping.
Still on: 5 for £12 mix and match on nic salts and freebase 10ml bottles, while that stock lasts.
Pods and kits: We cannot lock supplier pre-filled pods. The better route is a refillable kit plus our Price Lock liquids.

Quick FAQ
What is the UK vape duty?
Vaping Products Duty is a flat tax of £2.20 per 10ml of vaping liquid, from 1 October 2026. It applies whether or not the liquid contains nicotine. VAT sits on top, so the shelf impact is about £2.64 per 10ml.
Does it apply to devices?
No. Kits, tanks and batteries are not taxed. The duty is on the liquid inside a bottle or pod.
How long do Price Lock prices last?
Until the pre-October stock of that liquid runs out. Eligible unstamped stock cannot be sold after 31 March 2027.
Why refillable?
A refillable kit lets you keep using locked-price liquid. Pre-filled pods from other suppliers will move to duty pricing as their old stock sells through.
Are 0mg shortfills included?
Yes. The duty is on volume, not nicotine strength, so a 100ml shortfill carries about £26.40 of duty and VAT.
