How to Use Your Eco Vape Stores Loyalty Card
Visit an Eco Vape store and ask a member of staff for a Loyalty Card. Please note: the Loyalty Card Scheme is not available online or at our Arnold store.
Present your Loyalty Card at the checkout when making an eligible in-store purchase.
You will earn 1 point for every £1 spent on eligible purchases.
Once your transaction is complete, your points balance will be updated.
On future visits, you can ask a member of staff to check your points balance.
Once you reach 100 points, you can redeem them for £5 off an eligible e-liquid purchase in-store.
Points can only be redeemed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions below.

These Terms and Conditions govern the Eco Vape Ltd Loyalty Card Scheme. By accepting or using an Eco Vape Loyalty Card, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. About the Loyalty Card Scheme
1.1 The Eco Vape Loyalty Card is a promotional loyalty scheme operated by Eco Vape Ltd.
1.2 The scheme allows customers to earn points on eligible in-store purchases and redeem those points against eligible future purchases, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 The Loyalty Card remains the property of Eco Vape Ltd at all times.
2. Where the Loyalty Card Scheme Can Be Used
2.1 The Loyalty Card Scheme is available only at participating Eco Vape stores.
2.2 The Loyalty Card Scheme is not available online.
2.3 The Loyalty Card Scheme is not available at the Arnold store.
2.4 Eco Vape Ltd reserves the right to add or remove participating locations from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in these Terms and Conditions.
3. Eligibility
3.1 The Loyalty Card Scheme is intended only for customers who are legally permitted to purchase the products to which the scheme applies.
3.2 Because some products sold by Eco Vape are age-restricted, customers may be required to provide valid identification before making a purchase, earning points, redeeming points, or transferring points to a replacement card.
3.3 Eco Vape Ltd reserves the right to refuse to issue, accept, or honour a Loyalty Card where required to comply with applicable law or where misuse is suspected.
4. Earning Points
4.1 Customers will earn 1 point for every £1 spent on eligible in-store purchases where the Loyalty Card is presented at the time of purchase.
4.2 Points cannot be added after the transaction has been completed if the Loyalty Card was not presented at the time of purchase.
4.3 Points may only be awarded on eligible purchases. Eco Vape Ltd reserves the right to exclude certain products, promotions, discounted items, or transaction types from earning points. Any such exclusions will be made clear in-store or in these Terms and Conditions.
4.4 Points have no cash value and are non-transferable except as set out in clause 9 below.
5. Redeeming Points
5.1 Once a customer has accrued 100 points, those points may be redeemed for £5 off an eligible e-liquid purchase made in-store at a participating Eco Vape location.
5.2 Points may only be redeemed against eligible e-liquid products and may not be used against any other product category unless Eco Vape Ltd states otherwise.
5.3 Points cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded as cash, or used to purchase gift cards, vouchers, or any excluded items.
5.4 Eco Vape Ltd reserves the right to decide which products are eligible or ineligible for points redemption. Any changes will be reflected in these Terms and Conditions and/or communicated in-store.
5.5 The current redemption rate is 100 points = £5 off. Eco Vape Ltd reserves the right to amend this rate at any time. Any changes will be updated in these Terms and Conditions.
6. Expiry of Points
6.1 Points expire 12 months after the date they are earned unless redeemed before that date.
6.2 Expired points will be removed from the customer’s Loyalty Card balance and cannot normally be reinstated.
7. Refunds and Returns
7.1 Where a purchase made using Loyalty Card points is refunded, any value originally redeemed through points will be returned in the form of points, not cash.
7.2 Where a purchase was paid for partly with Loyalty Card points and partly with another payment method, any refund relating to the points element will be returned first in points form.
7.3 Any refund balance above the value originally redeemed in points will be returned via the original payment method, where applicable and subject to Eco Vape Ltd’s refund policy.
7.4 If points were earned on a purchase that is later refunded or cancelled, Eco Vape Ltd reserves the right to remove those points from the Loyalty Card balance.
8. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Cards
8.1 Customers are responsible for keeping their Loyalty Card safe and secure.
8.2 Eco Vape Ltd is not responsible for any loss of points resulting from a Loyalty Card being lost, stolen, damaged, misused, or used by an unauthorised person.
8.3 A customer may be able to transfer points from a lost, stolen, or damaged card to a replacement card only where Eco Vape Ltd has sufficient customer information on file to identify the account and verify ownership.
8.4 Valid identification may be required before any points are transferred to a replacement card.
8.5 Eco Vape Ltd reserves the right to refuse any transfer request where it cannot reasonably verify the customer’s identity or card ownership.
9. Replacement Cards and Transfer of Points
9.1 Loyalty Cards are physical cards.
9.2 Points may only be transferred to a replacement card where Eco Vape Ltd has stored sufficient customer information to identify the original account, the customer provides valid identification if requested, and Eco Vape Ltd is satisfied that the request is genuine.
9.3 Eco Vape Ltd does not guarantee that points can be recovered or transferred in every case.
10. Changes, Suspension or Cancellation of the Scheme
10.1 Eco Vape Ltd reserves the right to update, amend, suspend, withdraw, or cancel the Loyalty Card Scheme or these Terms and Conditions at any time.
10.2 Any changes to the scheme, including changes to the number of points awarded, the redemption value of points, eligible products, participating locations, or expiry periods, will be reflected in these Terms and Conditions.
10.3 Eco Vape Ltd reserves the right to cancel a Loyalty Card, remove points, or refuse redemption where it reasonably believes that a card has been used fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively, or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.
11. Data Protection
11.1 Personal data relating to the issue, administration, or use of a Loyalty Card will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and Eco Vape Ltd’s Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law
12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
12.2 You and Eco Vape Ltd agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
