Vaporesso Target 100 Review 2022: Style, Power and Convenience in One Vape Kit.
Eco-Vape reviews the Vaporesso Target 100, one of the latest vape kits on the UK market in 2022.
We review the Vaporesso Target 100 vape kit and explore how it compares to its rivals based on price, design, ease of use, battery life and flavour. If you’re in the market for a new vape mod, this could the one for you.Â
Vaporesso Target 100 Review: Quick Summary
After using the Target 100 kit for several weeks, it’s easy in love with this vape mod. Not only is the mesh cotton design beautiful, clean and eye-catching, the iTank provides incredible flavour and dense vapour production. It’s well built, ideal for DTL (direct to lung) vaping and only costs £34.99 for the entire kit.Â
Conveniently powered by either 18650 or 21700 lithium-ion external batteries, this mod packs a punch and offers up to 100W of power. The coils that come with the kit are also great, with the 0.2 Ω mesh coil lasting almost two weeks (over 3500 puffs) before losing flavour.Â
The only drawback to this mod is the battery life when using 18650 batteries. If you vape at over 60W (recommended for the 0.2 Ω coil), it will eat through an 18650 battery in just 4-5 hours of moderate to heavy use.
However, with 21700 batteries, the device can stay charged for over a full day of moderate to heavy usage, so we recommend using this device with 21700 batteries.Â
Overall, we think this is a fantastic vape kit, especially for the price. Incredible flavour, dense clouds, long battery life (with 27100 batteries) and a gorgeous design make this one of our favourite mods on the UK market in 2022.Â
How much does the Target 100 cost?
You can buy the full Target 100 vape kit, including the iTank and two mesh coils, for just £34.99 on the Eco Vape online store.Â
Considering the power, features, tank and coils that come with this vape kit, the price of the Target 100 is incredibly competitive. The kit includes lots of spare parts and comes with the incredible iTank and 2 mesh coils that provide awesome flavour. Â
Given that the Target 100 easily matches the performance of many rival devices out there, £34.99 is a steal when compared to more expensive mods that offer the same or less features.Â
Style & Design Quality
One of the best things about the Target 100 is its design. It features a comfortable and stylish mesh cotton design, which feels great in the hand and looks great too. All three colour options are clean and modern, with the slate grey looking especially nice. Â
The iTank that comes with the kit is larger and wider than most, but looks great and matches the colour of the mod. The screen is easy to read and understand, featuring all the essentials like battery level, resistance and wattage, as well as extras like a puff count and draw time tracker.Â
The mod itself is well built and the buttons feel responsive, sturdy and well made. The only issue we’ve found with the mod is the battery cover at the base. It can feel slightly loose (especially with an 18650 battery) and has opened accidentally on a few occasions. However, this doesn’t seem to be an issue with a 21700 battery fitted. Â
Convenience & Ease of Use
The Target 100 comes with three usage modes, including a vaping with nicotine (VWN) option if you prefer to vape with nicotine in your e-liquids. There’s nothing complicated about this device and beginner vapers would find it easy to use.Â
The iTank is designed with convenience in mind. No unscrewing and no need to remove the tank to refill. Simply push the top of the tank with the arrow and the top will twist to reveal the fill slot. It has an anti-drip rubber seal to reduce leaking and the cover is very well built. After weeks of usage, it is still securely fitted and isn’t too loose or too difficult to open.Â
The mod automatically adjusts its settings based on the coil fitted, so you can vape from the get go with the perfect set up. In particular, the coils that come with the kit are incredibly easy to use. Simply unscrew the tank, screw off the bottom and just pull the coil out. No need to unscrew anything and risk cross threading and ruining a perfectly good vape tank.Â
The mod uses a standard fire button, rather than the now common auto-draw feature found on many mods, but isn’t missed. With 5 presses of the fire button, you can lock the device, which prevents accidental firing in your pocket.Â
You also get lots of spare parts to keep your device working at its best. The kit includes spare glass in case your tank takes an unfortunate tumble, as well as O-rings, a spare coil and a Type-C USB cable for fast internal charging. You can keep vaping whilst the device is charging, so you’re always able to use the Target 100 even when low on power.Â
Flavour and Cloud Production
The iTank and the GTi mesh coils provided in the kit are great. When vaping at between 60-80W, the 0.2 Ω coil provides incredible flavour and massive vapour clouds with the right e-liquid. The 0.4 Ω coil also offers great flavour at a slightly lower wattage of between 50-60W, but not as much as the 0.2 Ω.Â
We’ve been using both BEAR Nic Salts (on the VWN setting) and Psycho Bunny 50ml shortfill e-liquids and have had great results. When vaping with nicotine, the throat hit is smooth and still full of flavour. With zero nicotine, the experience is even smoother and in both instances the flavour is as good as any tank or coil on the market.Â
Overall, the iTank is a fantastic vape tank. When used with the sub ohm mesh coils provided in the kit, you’ll get incredible flavour and dense clouds. You can also buy a 5 pack of replacement GTi coils for as little as £9.99 from our online store.Â
Battery Life, Power & Charging
The Target 100 is powered by a single external lithium-ion battery. The mod is designed primarily for a 21700 Li-ion battery, however it conveniently comes with an adaptor to fit the more common 18650 battery as well. Â
When it comes to battery life, we found it depends on whether you use 18650 or 21700 batteries. With 18650, we found the device was low on power after just 4-5 hours of moderate usage at 65W of power (recommended for the 0.2 Ω coil). Perhaps it’s the adaptor case or simply that the mod is power hungry, but we recommend having a couple of spare batteries on hand if you use 18650s with this device.Â
However, it was a different story when using 21700 batteries. The device lasted over an entire weekend of quite heavy usage at 65W with just two batteries, lasting over 800 puffs per battery. We definitely recommend using 21700s with the Target 100, particularly if you vape often.Â
Vaporesso Target 100: Extra Features
- Easy Refill Port – The easy access twist top on the Target 100 is one of its best features. It allows for quick and easy refilling that is mess-free and can be done with the tank still attached to the mod. Â
- Cotton Mesh Design – the mod itself looks great, and the cotton mesh casing is really comfortable to hold and looks great. Â
- Vaping Whilst Charging – The Type-C USB fast charging allows you to keep vaping even whilst charging the device, so if you’re waiting for your battery to recharge you don’t have to sit and wait before using the mod.Â
Vaporesso Target 100 Review: Conclusion
Vaporesso Target 100 Review: We couldn’t recommend this vape mod more. Vaporesso have done a fantastic job with this device, especially the design. In our opinion, it is one of the best-looking mods on the UK market, with a clean design and gorgeous combination of mesh cotton and matt metal. Â
It’s very well built and feels comfortable in the hand, and the in-built screen provides all the essential info you need without being cluttered.Â
In terms of flavour, the iTank and mesh coils offer all you will ever need. When used between 60-80W with the 0.2 Ω coil, you’ll be blown away by the instant flavour production with a smooth, warm throat hit every time. Even when vaping with high nicotine e-liquids, the device performs very well and also provides dense vapour clouds needed for vape tricks. Â
It’s well priced at just £34.99, with the Target 100 mod, fantastic iTank and two sub ohm mesh coils all included. Considering some mods alone can cost upwards of £50, this kit is on the low end of the price scale yet can easily compete with its more expensive rivals.Â
Overall, this is a great vape kit and ideal for all levels of vapers, from beginners to the more experienced. It’s affordable, looks great and provides great flavour and cloud production. Whether you vape for clouds and tricks or simply to help you quit smoking – the Vaporesso Target 100 can do it all.Â
You can buy the Target 100 vape kit from as little as £34.99 on the Eco Vape online store. Enjoy free delivery (over £20) and you can get the Target 100 the next day if you’re in the UK and order before 1pm (Mon-Thu).

A very bias review. Although it’s probably the best vape I’ve owned and I’ve been vaping since day one the filling hole is ridiculously awkward and can’t be filled with any bottle over 10ml as it spews out the top and leaks everywhere, takes me nearly 5 mins just to get 2ml of liquid in the tank which is gone in about 5 mins by the way due to the silly regulations. I’m having to decant liquid into 10ml bottles to fill it up, everything else you’ve said il agree with, great bit of kit just let down by the tank refilling, a larger replacement glass would be awesome.
I agree with the tank refilling! The regulations are really dumb and i keep getting through the liquid really quickly.
I’m pretty sure there’s a way to remove the plastic part inside but i’ve been too lazy to do it yet lol.
Really like the feel of this kit though and i’ve been using it nonstop since i brought it. Thumbs up from me!
