These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. 1. The Promoter: Eco Vape Ltd, 85-87 Saltergate, Chesterfield, United Kingdom, S40 1JS (Registered in England, Company Number: 09287568)
2. Eligibility: All Prizes are open to England. Entrants from other countries assume liability to pay Eco Vape for the expense of postage. All Entrants must be aged 18 or over. Excluding Employees of Eco Vape Ltd and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent and or “step” family)
3. Competition Period: Please see individual promotions for specified entrant period. Eco Vape withholds the rights to Withdraw from the competition, end competition early.
4. Entry Instructions: Please refer to individual competition entry instructions. Eco Vape withholds the rights to Disqualify any entrant that has not met the entry instructions in full. Eco Vape withholds the rights to disqualify any entrant that attempts to gain an unfair advantage such as, and without limitation, multiple email accounts, multiple reproduced or computer-generated entries, using multiple identities, fraudulently falsifying data, acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the promoter or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these participants will be disqualified, and any prize entitlement will be void.
5. One entry per person, unless otherwise stated in the competition details. Additional entries beyond the stated allowed will be disqualified for entry.
6. Any entries that Eco Vape considers (in their absolute discretion) to be dangerous, vulgar, offensive, indecent, illegal racist, copied, cruel or fraudulent, or infringe on the rights or copyright of others will be immediately disqualified.

8. Winner Selection: Prize winner(s) will be randomly selected by a computerised random generator from all entries. Skills based entries will be judged on the criteria set out by individual competitions and selected by a panel internally.
9. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified by either: Email, Phone, SMS, Social Media message, Social Media Comment or any other means within reason deemed appropriate by Eco Vape. Winners will have 7 Days from competition winner announcement to claim their prize. If a winner does not claim their prize within this timeframe, Eco Vape reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlement.
10. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct and up to date information when entering the competition and on acceptance of the prize. Eco Vape cannot be held responsible for in-accurate information which affects delivery of the prize.
11. General: Eco Vape’s decision is final and binding. An Entry implies the entrants acceptance of these terms and conditions. Eco Vape reserves the right to disqualify any individual that they feel does not either meet the entry requirements and or they feel the entrant fails to have entered into the spirit of competition.
12. Prizes must be accepted as offered by the named winner. There is no cash alternative offered. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be re-sold.
13. Eco Vape Reserves the right to offer a substitute prize of similar (+/- 10% of original prize value), equal or grater value, Should circumstances outside of Eco Vape’s control arise that affects the stock or any other reason of the prize.
14. Eco Vape reserves the right to verify winners and request proof of ID and Address. Failure to meet these requests grant Eco Vape the permission to Void any prize.
15. Entrants agree that if they win, they will take part in and co-operate fully with reasonable publicity and to the use of the entrants name, photograph and comments in such publicity material without any fee being payable.
16. By entering the Promotion, each entrant grants the Promoter a world-wide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty free and sub-licensable right and licence to use reproduce, modify, adapt, publish or display (in whole or in part) any intellectual property contained in the content of their entry, without royalty, payment or other compensation. Each Entrant agrees not to assert any moral rights in relation to such use and warrants that they have full authority to grant such rights.
17. Entry into competitions is at the entrants sole risk. To the extent permitted by law, Eco Vape accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses or claims suffered by the entrants or any third parties arising out of or in connection with the promotion and or accepting a prize.
18. Eco Vape accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to, lost, delated or not received entries and winner notifications.
19. Where a prize has been provided, Eco Vape accepts no responsibility for any inaccuracy of prize description and or damage to product through shipping process.
20. Eco Vape reserves the right at its absolute discretion to postpone, terminate and or temporally suspend a competition.
21. The Competition and these terms and conditions, and any disputes arising therefrom shall be subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the British courts.
22. Data protection: Any personal information that entrants share with the promoter will be kept secure and only used in-line with these terms and conditions unless the entrant has opted out of future marketing. By entering any competitions the entrants agree that their information may be used by the promoter to administer the competition.
